got tropheus moorii at about 3 inches in a species tank. but they hide in rocks all day long, do i need a dither fish to get them to come out? i've never seen any other tropheus tanks with dither fish.

i'd ask this on the trophs website but there confirmation emails never get to me.

I don't know a whole lot about Tropheus, but IMO would be worth trying.

How many Trophs and what size tank. All my trophs are on constant patrol. But thats with 25- 30 fish in each group. It seems they get more brazen with numbers.

They almost jump out of the tank when I walk by wanting to be fed. Not shy in the least.
